🚁 Improved Connectivity: Helicopter Services and Roads
To make remote shrines more accessible, the government plans to introduce helicopter services, particularly to Maa Tara Tarini and Maa Kalijai temples. Alongside this, there will be substantial investment in:
- Upgrading road infrastructure
- Installing directional signage
- Building pilgrim rest houses and sanitation facilities
A dedicated budget of ₹60 crore has already been sanctioned for temple infrastructure development in Ganjam, including:
- ₹8 crore for Maa Tara Tarini Temple
- ₹11 crore for Taptapani’s hot spring facilities

The Shakti Corridor is expected to be operational within two years, with fast-tracked approvals for:

Each location will be developed under integrated tourism master plans featuring:
